Hypertensive Hypervolemic Hemodilution

This combines intravenous (placed directly into the veins via a needle) medications and fluids to raise blood pressure, increase blood volume and thin the blood, which helps drive blood flow through and around blocked arteries supplying the brain. This treatment, also known as “triple H therapy,” is used after a brain hemorrhage occurs.
